Who this is for
- Technicians using Keller field loggers (LEO Record, LOGGER_5, PressureSuite exports).
- Contractors who receive Keller CSV/Excel and need hold-test drop % without a Windows-only reporting tool.
What you need
- Keller logger export as CSV or Excel from PressureSuite Desktop or LOGGER_5 software.
- A modern web browser.
How to export from Keller loggers
Supported devices: LOGGER_5, LEO Record, and PressureSuite. Use PressureSuite Desktop or LOGGER_5 software on your computer to export finished hold-test records.
Recommended export settings
- Connect your Keller logger to your computer.
- Use the official Keller software to export your data.
- Preferred format: CSV (best compatibility). Excel (.xlsx, .xlsm) is also fully supported.
- Include timestamp and pressure channels when possible; add temperature if available.
What PressureTrend does automatically
- Detects native Keller layouts
- Offers a ±12 hour correction during import setup if logger time was logged on a 12-hour clock
- Lets you choose the correct time source or pressure channel when several are present
Tips for best results
- Export with as much metadata as possible.
- If your export contains multiple tests or channels, you can select the correct one during import setup.
- Long hold tests with many data points are fully supported.
Analyse in PressureTrend
- Drop the file on PressureTrend—Keller LEO and LOGGER_5 layouts are recognised automatically.
- In Import setup, confirm logger local time vs UTC (LEO), channel, and gauge serial when prompted.
- Set the test window on the chart; criteria % and checkpoints in the test controls.
- Review pass/fail and export PDF via the in-app print flow.
Multiple pressure channels
When the export includes P1, P2, … columns, all traces can appear on the chart. You choose which channel drives drop % and pass/fail during import setup.
